Participation Requirements
To secure your eligibility and obtain the gift cards, you will need to upload on the survey or send via email to docs@latinochamber.us a valid Washington state driver’s license or ID, a recent utility bill with your business name, if your utility bill is under a different name, then you must provide the business license with a Washington state address.
