On November 7, within the annual convention of the Washington Hospitality Association (WHA), the second meeting of the Latino Chapter was held, where 23 scholarships sponsored by DoorDash were awarded to Latin restaurants and businesses related to the hospitality industry.
The scholarships include covering the cost of membership for the winning businesses in both the Seattle Latino Chamber of Commerce and the Washington Hospitality Association.
The scholarship aims to strengthen the participation of companies in the hospitality industry and enable access to valuable growth opportunities. This achievement reflects a firm commitment to the growth of our community in the hospitality industry.
The scholarships include covering the cost of membership for the winning businesses in both the Seattle Latino Chamber of Commerce and the Washington Hospitality Association. They also included tickets to the Washington Hospitality Association (WHA) Annual Conference and its gala dinner.
To add further value to your membership, we will host a webinar in 2025. The first, 02-03-25 at 10:00am and the second in 02-11-25 at 3:00pm You’ll receive an invitation with details as soon as they become available.
Following the first quarter of your membership year, we’ll hold a Speed Networking meeting to share updates and provide additional resources to support your business. The Speed Networking event take place on June 17. To ensure we are meeting your needs, you will receive a brief survey in April and July.
