On October 8, the Latino business community had a strong presence at the annual Eastside Leadership Conference, held at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue. Marcos Wanless, President of the Seattle Latino Chamber of Commerce, represented Latino-owned businesses in high-level discussions aimed at improving economic initiatives, access to loans, and capital resources.

During the event, Wanless engaged with key public and private decision-makers, including King County Executive Girmay Zahilay, Senator Chris Gildon, and Representative Travis Couture, alongside corporate leaders. The conference stands as one of Washington State’s premier gatherings, bringing together elected officials, civic leaders, and executives to address critical issues facing the region’s economic future.
